The store has an open and spacious interior, adjacent to a pottery gallery. The parking lot is ample and easy to access by car. The soba noodles slide down smoothly, and I was surprised by how smooth the texture was even with 100% buckwheat. It's unique that they use camellia oil instead of a binding agent, and it doesn't feel heavy. The cold kake soba dish is topped with fried eggplant, myoga, green onions, and shiso, giving it a rich aroma. The staff's attentiveness was pleasant, and I appreciated the service of the fried soba.
