It is easy to access as it is located in a shopping mall, and the parking lot is spacious and convenient. When you take your seat, a teapot, sansho (Japanese pepper), and sauce are placed on the table, allowing you to prepare calmly. The domestic eel is tender, has no unpleasant smell, and harmonizes well with the sauce. Sprinkling a little sansho enhances the aroma, making it even more delicious. You can also enjoy the liver soup, pickles, and chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), each with a gentle flavor. You can choose the amount of rice, and there are options for white grilled eel and grilled liver as well. The staff is friendly, making for a pleasant experience.
