I happened to find this place while riding my bicycle nearby and couldn't help but stop by. The charcoal-grilled chicken skewers have a wonderful aroma, the skin is crispy, and the fat melts just right, making it delicious. The dipping sauce has depth and pairs well with the gizzards, bonjiri, and tsukune. The meat tofu is a soup dish with pork belly, green onions, shiitake mushrooms, and tofu, offering a gentle flavor. The stuffed lotus root is juicy, and the crunchy texture is enjoyable. The interior is clean, with a counter, and I also enjoyed side dishes like kombu cabbage and chilled tomatoes.

I happened to pass by on my bicycle and casually entered the store. The cozy interior is clean, and the counter is comfortable. The charcoal-grilled chicken skewers have a wonderful aroma, the skin is crispy, and the fat is just right, making them very delicious. The sauce seems to be replenished from a jar, rich in flavor, and biting into the freshly grilled skewers brings happiness. In addition to gizzards, bonjiri, chicken wings, and tsukune, the hatsumoto also left a lasting impression with its taste. You can also enjoy chilled tomatoes, salads, rice dishes, as well as meat tofu, lotus root meat, kelp cabbage, and chikuwa tempura.
