This is a long-established restaurant in Monbetsu, with a calm atmosphere that is very pleasant. There are both counter and tatami seating, allowing for a relaxed experience. At the counter, the skilled chefs quickly prepare the sushi, which is enjoyable to watch. The sashimi and nigiri are fresh, with the fatty tuna melting in your mouth, and the flavors of the sea bream and salmon are beautifully balanced. You can also enjoy abalone, crab, surf clams, and sweet shrimp, with clear distinctions in texture and sweetness. Dishes like tempura, fried chicken, gratin, mapo tofu, braised yellowtail with daikon, and whale bacon are also available, making it convenient for banquets.
