Just looking at the samples in the store lifts my spirits. The larger dumplings are filled with plenty of pork and chives, and when you bite into them, the savory juices burst out, with a chewy skin. Adding a little black vinegar or chili oil enhances the depth of flavor. The stir-fried greens with salt are fragrant with garlic and have a pleasant texture. The noodle dishes are unique, reminiscent of the authentic feel of Southeast Asia with their chewiness and flavor. The chilled black sesame dan dan noodles have a harmonious blend of sesame aroma and refined spiciness, making for a very satisfying experience.
