The store has a stylish atmosphere with calm lighting that feels pleasant. The flow of flavors on each plate is beautiful, and the art of combination shines. The fluffy, melting fried eggplant was memorable, perfectly paired with tomato sauce and prosciutto. The thin capellini and the dish with horse meat and beets also had a wonderful aroma, making it enjoyable to eat. The large fried shiitake mushrooms and the risotto rich in crab flavor allow you to genuinely appreciate the quality of the ingredients. There was also a playful touch with a knife that cuts crisply and cat-themed bread and baked goods, which kept me excited throughout.
