The master of smiles welcomed me at the counter, and I was able to relax from the very beginning. The menu changes daily, and this time I ordered the three-item platter, which included curry with meat, vegetables, and seafood, making me excited. The chicken curry had a delightful combination of sourness and spiciness that made it hard to stop eating. The dal curry was surprisingly mild, gently enveloping the lingering spices. The mackerel rasam had a refreshing Nepali-style sourness that left a light aftertaste. The side dishes, such as stir-fried greens, achar, and raita, were also unique, and every time I mixed them with the curry, the flavors changed, making it enjoyable to eat until the end.
