I enjoyed a dish that was carefully prepared to highlight the flavors of the ingredients. The main fish dish this time was sea bream, which was sautéed with a crispy skin and had a fluffy texture. The meat was from the chuck eye roll, and despite being so rare, it was not at all heavy, and I was surprised by its sweet texture. The wine was also explained in detail, and I found the pairing with the food to be interesting.

I made a reservation to meet a friend after a long time. The hidden, calm atmosphere was perfect, and the course meal was served at just the right timing with a good amount of food. The wine pairing was also very satisfying. My favorite was the main dish, the pan-seared sea bream. My friend also loved it, and I would like to go again.
