As I entered the shop, I was excited to see a row of cheesecakes displayed in the showcase. The eat-in space, while compact, had a calm atmosphere, and the sweet aroma was pleasant. The coffee-flavored rare cheesecake had a delightful balance of adult bitterness and creaminess, resulting in a very smooth texture. Comparing several types, including the classic soufflé and baked cheesecake, was enjoyable as each had different levels of richness and acidity. The limited edition cream puff had a moist shell and melting cream that paired perfectly, making me smile. The small cream puffs and pudding also had a homemade feel, and I could savor each one without getting bored until the very end.
