A hidden gem French restaurant in Hiroshima
Yotei Matsutani is a hidden French restaurant located between Hiroshima Station and Hakushima Station. The chef's meticulous work and the quality of the ingredients shine through in the dishes, which pair exceptionally well with wine, especially the oyster dishes that are exquisite. The sincerity of the chef, visible from behind the counter, captivates visitors, and the service is very pleasant, making it a place you want to revisit. It is highly recommended as a spot to enjoy authentic French cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
