This is a calm and quiet shop located in a residential area. It has counter seats and tatami seating, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. The sushi features fresh fish, with a good balance between the fish and the rice, and the fluffy anago (conger eel) is particularly impressive. The chirashi (scattered sushi) is generously portioned, and in addition to sea urchin and salmon roe, the inclusion of live shrimp with heads is delightful. The miso soup that comes with the meal is rich with shrimp flavor and very delicious. The parking lot is spacious, and I also appreciate that the dishes are made from local pottery.
