Kichijoji, Tokyo ✳︎ Mini Ramen + seasoned egg, yama-kurage, spinach, nori (seaweed) ✳︎Rice ✳︎ cabbage Sapporo Black Label Yay! It's been a long time since I've been to Doukutsuya. Ah, the nostalgic taste that reminds me of my college days! I used to go there after band practice and after Penta South. Now I only go there to finish my drinks, but it's my favorite Ikebana in Kichijoji. I always top it up with a handsome mountain jellyfish, which used to be in there by default. Hmmm. I made it into a mini ramen and I'm modest, me 🍜. By the way, I soak the seaweed in the soup and eat it with rice ♡ ramen soup with rice is the best ‼️ #🍜

The cabbage is good. My favorite ramen shop in Kichijoji. It is no exaggeration to say that I went there at least 3 times a week during my high school and college years. I used to visit this restaurant three times a week during my high school and ronin days. At that time, I went too many times and I was so much visited that people remembered my face and used to call me "the usual. Dokutsuya" is a family-style ramen restaurant. You can customize the hardness of the noodles, the thickness of the soup, and the amount of oil and the thickness of the soup, the amount of oil, etc., can be customized to your liking. In the past, when I was younger, I used to order I used to order "thick, hard, and more oil" when I was younger. But nowadays, when I come to the restaurant, I order "Normal, Hard, Normal". Personally, I like the soup here and spinach and yama-kurage are very well matched and quite to my liking. And, not to forget the "cabecher"! the presence of "cabbage"! The crispy cabbage dipped in a special sauce is exquisite. The crispy cabbage is exquisite. It goes well with beer, making it a good snack.
