The atmosphere and background music in the restaurant were wonderful. I was impressed by the beauty of the Tanba Dainagon zenzai and the elegance of the flowers. The combination of salted kelp, ginger, kelp tea, and Kishu Nanko ume plum is gorgeous, and the zenzai itself is authentic and delicious. The rice cakes and azuki beans were carefully boiled, and the kombucha and sencha teas were also satisfying. It was a zenzai that gave a sense of seriousness and was a treat.
