We offer soba that maximizes the flavor of ingredients, focusing on 2:8 soba and coarsely ground 100% soba. In particular, the three-color soba is visually enjoyable and has a rich taste. You can savor the natural sweetness and aroma of the soba without using any condiments. The cold soba and soba broth are also exquisite, suggesting various ways to enjoy soba.

The interior, renovated from a single-family home, is a calm space with tatami-matted rooms, low chairs, and Japanese tables. You can enjoy a comfortable Japanese atmosphere by taking off your shoes. Private spaces are also available, allowing you to spend a relaxed time.

Opened on November 27, 2005, we have been nurturing the soba culture in Tanba City. We continue to make soba rooted in the local community, utilizing local ingredients. We have grown as a beloved establishment for visitors and contribute to the local food culture.
