This small shop located on the first floor of the Fukui Textile Building has a compact layout with a counter, tables, and a tatami room. From the large window next to the tatami room, you can see the streetcar, allowing you to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere. The healthy lunch I ordered for lunch had a variety of dishes, with pork cutlet and vegetable salad arranged in a well-balanced manner, which was exciting. The freshly fried cutlet had a crispy coating, and the meat was tender, providing a sense of satisfaction. The seasonal wild vegetables, simmered dishes, and hearty miso soup were all gently flavored, allowing me to gradually appreciate the umami of the ingredients. The busy female staff greeted me with smiles, and I was able to enjoy a calm lunch break.
