In the morning, there is a buffet style breakfast that is exciting with a variety of traditional Japanese and Western dishes, along with local Kumamoto cuisine. You can freely choose from dishes like Taiheiyen, Dago soup, and spicy lotus root, which provides a satisfying start to the day. Daily specials feature dishes from various regions of Kyushu, making it fun to discover new flavors each time you visit. The stewed horse meat is tender, and the flavorful sea bream chazuke is light and easy to eat, making it a favorite of mine. They even have 'Ikidani Dango' available, allowing you to enjoy local sweets as well. With so many options on the menu, it can be overwhelming, but everything is prepared with care and is delicious, giving you energy from the morning.
