In a calm atmosphere, you can spend your time leisurely. The 100% buckwheat noodles are slightly flat, and when you put them in your mouth, they gently fall apart and release their aroma. The dipping sauce is refreshing with a sharp taste, making it delicious whether you dip lightly or generously. The recommendations on the wall are easy to see, so you can choose without hesitation. The creamy soba broth is also very tasty, allowing for satisfaction until the end. The set beef toro rice bowl is said to be a specialty and pairs well with the soba.
