Ton Kichi is a long-standing yakiniku restaurant located in Sekiya, Chuo Ward, Niigata City, where the deliciousness of pork truly stands out. A yakiniku restaurant in Bunkyo-cho, Nishi-ku, Niigata City. When you enter the restaurant, you see the owner cooking stir-fried vegetables in a wok, which is not typical of a yakiniku restaurant. The sweet and refreshing sauce brings out the flavor of the meat. The beef loin is outstandingly delicious. The yakisoba (buckwheat noodles) I ordered to finish off the meal was also good. After the order is placed, the straight thin noodles are boiled and then cooled in cold water to remove any slime before stir-frying. The soy sauce flavored yakisoba is also good. The ramen is also absolutely delicious.
