The view from the high floors near the station is very beautiful. Local seafood, Noto beef, and game are carefully prepared with French techniques. The dish combining turnip potage with charcoal-grilled pufferfish had wonderful aroma and texture. Every dish was beautifully presented, and the flavors of the ingredients were clearly conveyed. The bread was fragrant, making it hard to resist reaching for more. The quiet service was pleasant, creating a memorable dining experience.
