I stopped by during my sightseeing and thoroughly enjoyed the local specialty of horse meat. First, the selected horse sashimi was melt-in-your-mouth sweet, and the moment it entered my mouth, happiness spread. The freshness of the liver sashimi was also impressive, with no unpleasant odor and packed with umami. The roasted loin and harami, when paired with garlic chives, enhanced the flavor even more, making it hard to put down my chopsticks. The salt-based sauce did not interfere with the taste of the meat and paired excellently with beer. The interior of the restaurant was open and the staff were friendly, making it easy to relax and enjoy my meal throughout.
