It's a shop located halfway down the slope, and I look forward to stopping by after skiing. It's rare to be able to grill and eat your own food at a ski resort, and it really boosts my energy. The harami (skirt steak) is well-seasoned and tender, pairing nicely with Koshihikari rice. The gentle sweetness of the green onion pancakes and the freshness of the cabbage are impressive. If you're lucky, you might encounter local red meat, which lifts your spirits on such days. The seating capacity is relatively large, making it easy to use, but I need to be careful as the aroma lingers on my clothes.
