In a calming space centered around the counter, the aroma of charcoal is exciting. The staff warmly welcomes you, making it easy to feel at ease even for first-timers. The skewers grilled over charcoal have a wonderful fragrance, and the sauce, with its savory soy flavor, has just the right amount of sweetness and a refreshing aftertaste. The chicken wings are opened up for easy eating, and their juiciness is irresistible. The texture and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness of the gizzards and liver are exquisite, making it hard to stop eating. The chicken skewers with homemade sauce have a garlic flavor that becomes addictive, and the chopstick rest being a 'umaibo' adds a playful touch that is enjoyable.
