Located in Nagoya's Sakae district, Chigame is a popular yakitori restaurant tucked away on the second floor of a building. The restaurant is so popular that there is a waiting bar next door, where you can enjoy a wide variety of yakitori in a traditional atmosphere. The lively restaurant has only eight seats at the counter and a tatami room, so reservations are difficult, but the menu is superb.

It's a narrow, old storefront on the second floor of a building, but it's clean and delicious. The service and atmosphere are both wonderful. They asked, 'How about some tea to finish?' and when I requested it warm, they heated it while checking the temperature with a thermometer.

A delicious yakitori restaurant Drinking with friends after a long time I've always wanted to go to Chigame. I made love to my friend and she made me a reservation. I would have loved to sit at the counter and watch the grill, but we decided to have a drink in the tatami room. First, let's drink beer! We ordered one of each type of food and shared it with others. When we were talking about it, the owner told us there was an omakase option, so we ordered that and three bottles of each came! I thought I was going to get one each (^^;;;) I was a little disappointed because I wanted to eat a lot of different kinds. Omakase skewers for 3 persons -Grilled Cochin Thigh with Salt -Negima -Gizzard -chicken wing chicken wing - quail -Tsukune There were many other things I wanted to eat, but I was too full. So I chose only the things I really wanted to eat and ordered them one by one! Yam Shiitake mushroom Liver Elingi mushroom Onion Each skewer is perfectly grilled and deliciously juicy ♡ The more you chew, the more the flavor of the meat spreads in your mouth. The amount of salt is just right and you can eat as much as you want! The quail is so small but the inside is so soft and tender, it's irresistible to those who like quail half-boiled!
