The old-fashioned atmosphere was palpable, and the moment I sat down, my stomach growled. The pork cutlet had a crispy, light batter, and the meat inside was fluffy, making for a delightful contrast in texture. The side of shredded cabbage and pickles was just the right amount, perfect for refreshing the palate in between bites. The clam miso soup was rich in umami, and I was pleased that I could enjoy it warm until the very end. I also ordered the katsu curry, and the combination of the beef's richness and the freshly fried cutlet was even better than I had imagined. The service was smooth, and the staff were friendly, making it a wonderful place to relax and focus on enjoying the meal.
