Located across from a day-use hot spring, the exterior is simple, but the interior is spacious. The freshly ground black hand-made soba is very impressive. The dipping sauce is slightly sweet and pairs well with the noodles. There is also a variety of options like soba with dipping sauce, simmered udon, and rice bowls, making it fun to choose. The pickled jerusalem artichoke served as a side dish has a unique flavor that brings a smile to your face. Sweet items like soba dumplings and soba vanilla are also appealing, allowing you to enjoy them even after the meal.
