The atmosphere is cozy and calming, with a small counter and tatami seating that makes it comfortable. It is mainly run by a couple, and it's reassuring to make a reservation by phone before visiting. They handle local fish with care, and each dish is beautifully prepared. In addition to the sushi, they also serve creative dishes that make the meal enjoyable. The egg omelet with sea urchin, dried gourd rolls, and fluffy conger eel particularly stood out to me. The unassuming exterior adds to the hidden gem feel, making it a delightful discovery when you find the place.
