At the entrance leading down to the basement, there is a counter and a tatami room, with pleasant music creating a refreshing atmosphere. There are many creative dishes that incorporate both Japanese and Western elements, and a wide variety of sashimi is available. The grilled ribbonfish sashimi had a hint of sweetness, and I was very satisfied. The freshly fried chicken cutlet was crispy, and there were also small dishes like simmered daikon, making it enjoyable. The burdock sticks were not greasy, and the sweetness spread with each bite, with just the right amount of salt. The spring rolls and beef tataki, along with the mild and easy-to-drink barley shochu, all felt thoughtfully crafted.
