The Italian restaurant I casually stopped by had a very pleasant atmosphere. I was excited to see the chef skillfully finishing dishes in the kitchen visible from the counter. The appetizer salad had lightly seared Spanish mackerel on top, and the balance of its savory and juicy flavors was outstanding. The fresh pasta with Iberico ham and tomato sauce had a perfect blend of the ham's saltiness and the sweetness of the tomatoes, keeping it interesting until the last bite. The subtly salty focaccia paired well with every dish, making it hard to stop eating. Even the hojicha panna cotta for dessert was carefully made, allowing me to enjoy a happy dining experience from start to finish.
