It's a shop located on the underground floor, and entering it is exciting. The style of grilling around a charcoal fire on a shichirin right in front of you is fun. There are both counter and table seating, and the staff are polite and pleasant. You can choose from rare parts of chicken, pork tongue and offal, and even beef intestines, all of which are fragrant and delicious. There are also creative dishes like pork menu items paired with cheese, making the flavor variations enjoyable. During busy times, you might have to wait a little, but I was satisfied spending time grilling slowly while enjoying the aroma of charcoal.
