This shop is conveniently located just a short walk from Omiya Station, making it easy to drop by. The Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki is packed with cabbage, moist, and deliciously sweet. You can choose from pork soba or pork udon, and customize it with toppings to your liking. The grilled oysters are perfectly seasoned, plump, and make for a great snack. The sauce is already applied from the start, but it's also fun to change the flavor with the table-side Otafuku sauce, spicy sauce, or mayonnaise. The single serving that comes on a plate is substantial in size, allowing you to enjoy it fully until the end.
