Reservations

This is a very good bakery, but I do not recommend making reservations through this website. I made a reservation and went there, but for some reason they told me that I was booked at a different time and that I had to cancel my reservation because I called and they did not answer. I checked my email and the appointment time was not wrong and I never received a phone call. It seems that Auto-reserve made a reservation (at the wrong time for some reason) by AI phone, and the store did not show up at my reservation time, so I called repeatedly for confirmation (of course, it was the Auto-reserve number, so only a machine voice played), but the call was not connected and was treated as a cancellation. The store asked me the other way, "Do you think we use this system?" What do you mean you don't know? I was surprised. I later looked up this site, and it seems that this site is posting some stores' pages without their permission. So this store's page is unauthorized? I was convinced that this was the reason why I was having so much trouble with the store. It would be nice if they would at least make reservations at the correct time. But if it is left up to the machine and the time is wrong... I think I'd better not use this site anymore.... The bread at the store was really good. I will visit here again without making a reservation.
