The handmade sausages and hams are all fragrant and very satisfying. The Thuringian and Frankfurt sausages have a nice coarse texture, and they go well with mustard. The cheese-filled Käse in Käse and the potato sausage are also rich and delicious. They teach you the preparation method carefully, so boiling before grilling brings out even more flavor. The showcase also has terrine and sausage salad, which can be enjoyed with bread and beer. There are small table seats, and the coffee after the meal is delicious and relaxing.

In a cozy store interior, I was able to enjoy my meal in a relaxed atmosphere. The homemade sausages have a wonderful aroma, and each one has a rich flavor. The lunch plate allows you to enjoy a variety of sausages and a selection of pork. The Weisswurst has a fluffy texture and left a particularly strong impression. There is also a set with German bread and coffee or tea, which ensures satisfaction even after the meal. The storefront sales are lively, and I am happy to have a variety of options to choose from.
