Entering from the entrance at the back of the parking lot, a calm atmosphere spreads throughout the store. You can enjoy the view of the river and mountains from the large windows, which feels very pleasant. The soba has a wonderful aroma and a delightful texture that makes it easy to eat. The dipping sauce is robust with a subtle sweetness, perfectly complementing the noodles. Thick wasabi is served on the side, allowing you to enjoy its refreshing fragrance. The tempura shrimp has a strong presence, and the pumpkin, eggplant, shishito peppers, and shimeji mushrooms are all perfectly prepared.
