I tried having breakfast at a restaurant I had been curious about for a long time. The grilled fish was tender and delicious, with the skin being tasty as well, and the grated daikon served alongside enhanced the flavor even more. The small bowl of fried wheat gluten and thick fried tofu soaked in broth had a deeply comforting taste, and I was happy to get a good amount of vegetables. The miso soup was fragrant and had a soothing flavor. The baked apple and ice cream combination I ordered for dessert had a perfect balance of tartness and sweetness, with an irresistible cinnamon aroma. While listening to jazz flowing through the quiet restaurant, I was able to slowly savor the carefully prepared meal, and I was very satisfied.
