The best way to finish off a night of drinking in Matsuyama is with late-night ramen ✨. I was wandering around the city at night looking for a place to finish off my night, and I came across a pretty nice ramen shop: 🙆‍♂️✨ At 2:30am, ramen shops are pretty much gone, and I'm very thankful for that 😂. This was my second visit to this ramen shop, and I ordered the kottori ramen with extra veggies 🛎✨ which I had enjoyed before. It seems to be a blend of vegetable potage and spicy miso, so it's a bit spicy and delicious 😋💯! The extra veggies made the soup even thicker and gave me a big thump in my stomach after finishing it 😝👍. The restaurant was almost full of customers even at this time of the day and seemed to be quite popular 🤔.

A ramen shop in Matsuyama that stays open late 🍜. The menu offers only "kottori" or "asari" ramen, and this time I ordered the kottori ramen recommended by the waiter👍. After a night of drinking, the "kottori" ramen might be the best. LOL! I like the salt ramen at Menke Nakamura, but sometimes it's nice to have a rich ramen 😋. I'm worried about stomach upset the next day...
