Founded in the 30th year of the Meiji era, the long-established 'Tomuragawa Fish Shop' has been serving its delicious eel for over a century in Katori. You can enjoy their flavors at the basement of Sogo Chiba. The display features a variety of grilled eel dishes, including kabayaki, shirayaki, and eel bento boxes, with the tender, fluffy eel and sweet-savory sauce perfectly complementing the rice. The bento boxes made with large pieces of shirayaki and eel for gifts are also available, making it easy to take home authentic river fish cuisine on your way back from work or during a trip.
