This is a restaurant where you can enjoy Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki. They use whole wheat flour noodles from Hiroshima, which are boiled in-house and then finished on the teppan, showcasing their attention to detail. The noodles are crispy on one side and moist on the other, providing a pleasant contrast in texture. The omusoba is wrapped in fluffy eggs, and the chewy noodles pair well with the sweet sauce and ketchup. Toppings such as squid tempura, beef tendon, and cheese are also available, allowing you to enjoy it to your liking. You can choose from Chinese soba, udon, or shirataki noodles, and it's nice that you can select either thin or medium-thin noodles for the Chinese soba.
