When I made a reservation and went, the seats were already full, and I felt that it was indeed popular. It is a cozy space centered around the counter, where you can relax while chatting with the master. The liver pâté that came out first was rich yet had a light texture, making it perfect with crackers. The pan-fried sea bream wrapped in potato was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, with a deep flavor from the sauce. The fluffy escargot and the melting rare hamburger were also impressive, and each dish was beautifully presented in a classic French style. There was a wide selection of glass wines and draft sparkling wines, which paired excellently with the dishes, making me want to keep drinking.
