Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by a retro and warm Japanese-modern space that made me feel relaxed right away. The bright greetings from the young couple were pleasant and left a good impression from the start. The signature dish, the Red Tiger Noodle, was not as spicy as it looked, and had a gentle flavor enhanced by chicken and seafood broth. As I added the three types of spices in green, yellow, and red in order, the aroma changed, making it more enjoyable as I continued to eat. After finishing the chewy rice flour noodles, adding turmeric rice to the soup created a perfect match, significantly increasing my satisfaction. There was also a wide selection of local shochu, and enjoying it with the food made for a happy time, allowing me to experience the food culture of Miyakonojō all at once.
