Reservations

We made a reservation for 12:00 on 1/8 (Sun.), but Cafe Yuu seemed to have mistaken it for 1:00 p.m. and apologized profusely for moving us to a different seat for those who came on the spot on the day of the reservation. We were impressed with the courteousness of the restaurant, but we had the impression that we were the ones who were at fault for showing up on time. We were told that the person who came to the restaurant on the spot said he would leave at 1:00 p.m., but we were told that he would be out by 1:00 p.m. We had a 12:00 p.m. reservation, so it would be impossible for them to leave by 1:00 p.m. We arrived an hour early, so we were told that we would have to wait until 1:00 p.m. It was as if we had arrived an hour early and they had to force us to make room for them. We were definitely on time. I am disappointed that we took our friends and did not receive a pleasant meal. Please remain anonymous.
