The sushi is well-prepared and very satisfying. The chawanmushi is warm enough to produce steam, and I appreciate that it is served fresh. There is a subtle aroma of sake, and it is filled with ingredients like shrimp and nameko mushrooms. Sometimes, I get to enjoy scallops, which makes it even more exciting. The lunch hours can be irregular, so it's reassuring to call ahead before going out. There is also a stamp card, which increases my motivation to visit.
