The cozy interior of the shop centers around the counter, making it comfortable even for solo visitors. The dishes blend elements of Japanese and international cuisine, offering new discoveries with each visit. The simmered black cod is tender and fluffy, with a rich sauce that leaves a lasting deliciousness. The lamb dumplings, fragrant with cumin, have a flavor that becomes addictive, making you want to drink more. The potato salad with homemade ham and the colorful sashimi platter are also carefully prepared, creating excitement from their appearance. With a wide variety of drinks including natural wines and craft beers, it's a fun place where you might end up staying longer than planned.
