The interior has a rich atmosphere, allowing for a relaxed experience. The staff is bright and lively, making the guidance smooth and pleasant. The menu, featuring illustrations, is fun and exciting to look at. The Yamagata soba has a strong texture and a wonderful aroma, going down smoothly and feeling comfortable. The oroshi soba is topped with grated daikon, seaweed, cucumber, and bonito flakes, providing a refreshing yet satisfying experience. The Fukagawa-meshi, made with clams and green onions simmered in soba dipping sauce and Haccho miso, is very delicious with a hint of chopped ginger.
