The interior of the shop has a warmth of wood, creating a calming atmosphere reminiscent of the Ainu culture. There is a spacious area with a souvenir corner, which is enjoyable just to look at. The Genghis Khan dish is simmering in a round pot, with the vegetables absorbing the deliciousness of the meat, making it the best. The sauce has a good balance of sweetness and spiciness, and the lamb is tender, making it easy to eat with rice. The 'Wild Rice Bowl' features Ezo deer and wild garlic stir-fried in a homemade sauce and topped with an egg, which was fragrant and satisfying. In the second-floor observation bath, you can soak in the hot spring water while gazing at the lake, and the music is pleasant and soothing.
