At the corner of the department store's basement where they sell chicken dishes and grilled skewers, it's exciting to see them being grilled right in front of you. The salt is light, and the sauce has just the right amount of sweetness, both leaving a refreshing aftertaste. The fried chicken is fragrant with garlic and ginger, and the soy sauce-based flavor is packed into each large piece, making it satisfying. The cheese-filled fried chicken has a slightly chewy coating, and you can really taste the cheese flavor. There are many types of skewers, including ones wrapped with cheese and others that combine chicken meatballs with lotus root, making it fun to choose. There are also bento boxes available, so it's convenient to buy one and enjoy it right away.
