Osh is a light fried rice made with beef and carrots, while Borscht is a soup made with vegetables and beef that can be enjoyed with yogurt. Shashlik is grilled lamb that allows you to experience the harmonious flavors of spices.

With a neat white-toned interior that creates a comfortable atmosphere, guests are welcomed with a setting prepared at each seat. A local chef personally prepares the dishes to provide authentic flavors.
