Upon entering the restaurant, you can feel the warm atmosphere of a traditional Chinese diner, allowing you to relax immediately. The jet-black tantanmen, generously topped with black sesame, is surprisingly easy to drink with its mild soup, despite its striking appearance. The chewy noodles are complemented by char siu, menma, corn, and wakame, making it enjoyable without getting boring until the end. The moist crab fried rice is fragrant with pepper, and the fluffy eggs are exquisite. The tantanmen, piled high with vegetables, has a rich salty flavor that warms the body. With a casual atmosphere that makes it easy to enter alone, this restaurant offers a wide range of menu options from ramen to fried rice.
