On the way touring from Saijo to Kochi through the Kankuyama Tunnel, I found a ramen shop in the mountains 👀💦. I thought it looked good, so I went there for lunch 🙆‍♂️ There were a few people lined up even before the restaurant opened, This was pretty promising ✨✨. Ordering is by ticket system, and the recommendation seems to be the soupless dandanmen ‼️🍜! The prices are reasonable: 700 yen for a medium portion and 750 yen for a medium portion. I would have been happy with a medium portion at that price, but I thought about it later, But I ordered the medium portion for the rest of the day 🛎✨. The tantanmen without soup is a must, The simple looking tantanmen with a spicy and tangy flavor with a hint of sansho (Japanese pepper) was so good 😋💯! The portion is large and even a medium serving is enough to satisfy my appetite, and there are other dishes I want to try too 😂.
