The interior of the restaurant is quiet, with a counter and a raised seating area, allowing for a relaxed experience. There are experienced staff and skilled chefs, providing a sense of security. The eel has a fragrant, crispy skin that whets the appetite. It is served in a two-tiered presentation, separate from the rice, allowing you to fully enjoy the flavor of the eel. The sashimi is fresh, and the mackerel and seared bonito particularly left an impression. The oden, pork cutlet, Koshihikari rice, pickles, and miso soup were all satisfying, and it's no surprise that there are many regular customers.
