Specialty: Hanzuki-don (half-moon bowl) Hyotei is a long-established eel restaurant located in Niigata Mitsukoshi! The relocation was decided in conjunction with the closing of Mitsukoshi. I went there for the last time while it was still in Mitsukoshi. The famous "Hanzuki-don" (bowl of rice topped with a half-moon of soy sauce and eel) I enjoyed the marriage of eel and omelet. Thank you for your hard work for a long time. We will definitely visit the new location!
